How do I start planning a wedding?
How does this even work? Start with you! What are your must-haves, your must-nots, your priorities, and budget? Also think about how involved you want to be…  planning a wedding takes time, and not everyone
wants another full-time job.From there, it’s time to lock in your venue (and/or your planner). Most couples start with one of those two, and they go hand-in-hand.  Your venue sets the stage, and your planner brings it all together.


How early should I book a wedding planner?
Most couples book a wedding planner 9-15 months before the wedding, especially if they need full-service planning and design. That said, we’ve planned a wedding from scratch in 4 months, and we’ve worked with couples 2 years out.  If we’re available on your date, we’ll jump in and bring everything together!


How much does a wedding cost? can you help us stay on budget?
First- don’t rely on Google or AI estimates! There are an infinite amount of variables, and info is pulled from the entire internet, so it's often misleading.  
Plus, how do you know how those weddings actually looked or felt? A big part of staying on budget is setting realistic expectations from the start. We help you prioritize what matters most.  We recommend vendors that fit your budget, and we give you the tools to track expenses, so you'll have less surprises.
The goal isn’t just spending less, it’s spending intentionally on the things that will matter most.


Can you help find a wedding venue near me?
Yes!  We’ve worked in some amazing places and would love to connect you with some of our favorite venues like Nestldown, The Willow Ballroom or Madonna Inn. If you’re looking for something different, we have a long list of venues we’ve researched and would love to explore for you!


How do you make wedding planning less stressful?
A wedding planner connects the dots so you don’t have to! We guide decisions, manage timelines, communicate with vendors, and handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can stay present. On wedding day, we’re usually the first ones in and the last ones out, making sure everything unfolds exactly as planned!

Our couples tend to prioritize experience first... creating a celebration that feels thoughtful, relaxed, and memorable. We love working with people who know themselves and want their personalities reflected. Most importantly, all backgrounds, identities, and love stories are welcome here.
